We work with our clients to review building inspection, title, 21E environmental and other professional reports on the property being purchased, and we complete our own zoning bylaw compliance analysis. Our firm handles both commercial and residential closings. We also draft and review leases for commercial property.

Commercial Development, Purchase and Sale, Easement

Assisted client in development of commercial property. We worked with town boards to obtain a special permit for the project. Drafted the purchase and sale agreement and easement/covenant agreement. Represented the client in financing transactions and property conveyance.

Condominium

Drafting and review of condominium property management agreements.

Eviction, Lease, Private Property, Housing Court

Represented private property owners in summary process action and eviction proceedings at the Housing Court to remove occupants. Court action resulted in settlement requiring occupant to vacate premises.

Property Dispute, Trespass, Commercial Client

Commercial client needed to stop trespass on their property. Sued to obtain a court order to cease unauthorized use of property by a neighboring business. We negotiated with opposing counsel to reach a settlement which stopped the trespass.
