Jack’s practice primarily focuses on land use permitting. He has experience representing developers, homeowners, and abutters in a wide range of permitting matters. He regularly appears before zoning boards, planning boards, conservation commissions, and other municipal bodies across Cape Cod.
In addition to land use permitting, Jack advises clients on the feasibility of building on vacant land, represents clients in land use disputes, and conducts title reviews.
Jack is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. He earned his J.D. and Advanced Certificate in Environmental Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2024 and received his undergraduate degree from Stonehill College in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Jack interned with the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources.
